This perspective feels spot on — I’m definitely going to try out the Thoughtload approach but I think what I also struggle with is the worry/fear associated with each item on the thoughtload list as well — so not only is the list overwhelming, so is the sentiment attached. Any thoughts on how to manage the psychological hurdle often associated with things on our workload/thoughtload lists?
